What’s new at The First Tee of Fort Smith

Ultimate Golf Ball Drop

It's that time of year again to be thinking about our annual Ultimate Golf Ball Drop and Skills Competition! The ball drop and skills competition will be held on August 8th and the festivities will begin at 8 AM with our Kids Skills Competition and the day will conclude when the golf balls drop from the sky! We are currently seeking sponsorships for our Skills Competition and Ultimate Golf Ball Drop! If you are interested in sponsoring please contact our learning center!

Who's Got Game Summer Scramble

Attention Kids and Adults! We are hosting our 2nd annual Who's Got Game Summer Scramble! This is a fun scramble event for the kids to participate with an adult of their choosing and play in a scramble tournament! Cost of the tournament is $20 per player if you pre-register early and it goes to $25 if you sign up the day of the tournament. Teams that bring a ream of copy paper the day of the tournament will receive one stroke off their score! New Members and Renewals

We are now taking memberships for 2015! With the holidays coming up this would be a perfect gift for the young golfer in your life. Cost of a membership is $60 for the first child and $45 for each additional child. Scholarships are available and if you would like more information please contact our learning center. Remember you must be a member to be be a part of the classes. We have classes during the Fall and Spring after school and classes all throughout the summer. Cost of the classes are $30 per session. 2015 Price Changes

The First Tee of Fort Smith would like to announce our price changes for the 2015 season! Although some prices remained the same we have increased the costs of our membership and activity fees! This year the cost of a membership will be $60 for the first child and $45 for each additional sibling. The activity fees for classes will cost $30 for the after school and summer classes. We have added additional classes on the weekends during the summer for the cost of $15 per session. Also the cost of transportation has increased to $40 for a one way trip in our van only available for pick up during after school classes and $50 for both ways only available during summer time. 2015 Summer Schedule

It's never to early to be thinking about summer! We are happy to announce our 2015 Summer Schedule! We have made some adjustments to past summer schedules. This year we will be having two Summer Sessions and the classes will meet three times a week. This summer are we offering Saturday classes instead of the usual Tuesday/Thursday evening classes! OK Foods Charity Classic Raises over $45K!!

On Wednesday, May 21st, Kris Scott the Executive Director of The First Tee of Fort Smith and attending Board of Directors were presented with a check in the amount of $45,673 from Chuck Bloch (Director of Marketing) from OK Foods, Inc. The funds were raised at OK Foods 6th Annual Charity Golf Classic held at Hardscrabble Country Club in Fort Smith. This year’s event included a morning and afternoon flight to accommodate the interest and growth over the six years of the tournament. OK Foods, Inc. and the First Tee of Fort Smith would like to thank all 56 teams and sponsors for their participation and support and look forward to next year’s Charity Classic.
